Yeah, I know. Pretty incredible, huh? My sister made that headboard with the help of my awesome Grandpa (headboard ideas here, pillowcases here).
My desk area is pretty simple, with that cute pencil cup from my local Target and the keyboard cover you see from the Apple store. I printed 4x4 photos directly from my Instagram using the Walgreens iPhone app!
I reused a collage that I had in my old dorm and hung it behind the door. When you walk into the room, you see a small mirror from Ikea and a canvas my mom bought me.
This little corner of my room is my favorite. The red bookshelf adds so much color and I love it! That drawing of my puppy was given to me by my Grandma. You can also buy Klimt's painting at Ikea. We have "Water Snake" in our bonus room at home, and I loved being able to put an identical canvas in my new apartment!
Finally, here's the bathroom! Those paintings you see were made by my sister - again, she's awesome, right?? - and the hand towels were found at Target. I picked up some painted mason jars from Michaels to use as storage and an over-the-door organizer to hold my towels. That cute alarm clock also functions as a radio and can be found here. My closet is HUGE! We got a 6 drawer-dresser from Ikea and some plastic drawers from Target. As you can see, one drawer is missing. This is because the tool kit in the dresser box was one screw short. I'll have to go to Ikea this week to pick up a replacement.

ReplyDeleteWow! The headboard is so gorgeous that it's hard to believe it was handmade by your sister. At any rate, the tiny peek into your apartment certainly piqued my interest. I'm only seeing a few photos, but they have me convinced 100% that a full-blown tour would be creatively mind-blowing. Hope to see more soon, Savannah. All the best!
